Pour the Mianzhu Daqu Laohao (1 fluid ounce) into a big cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
Separate the Egg (1) white from the yolk and add into the shaker.
Add the Lemon Juice (1.5 fluid ounce).
Add the Bloomery SweetShine® Ginger Liqueur (1 fluid ounce), Orange Bitters (to taste), and Orgeat Almond Syrup (0.75 fluid ounce) into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds more.
Discard the ice from the sour glass. Strain and pour into the chilled sour glass and garnish with Lime (1).
