Step 1
Place
Fresh Spinach (13 1/3 cups)

Black Garlic (1/2 head)

Fresh Ginger (1 piece)

Miso Paste (1 Tbsp)

Cumin Seeds (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
in a large saucepan, add
Water (1/2 cup)
and bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Cook with lid on low heat for about 15 minutes or until spinach is soft.
Step 3
Add the
Almond Milk (1/2 cup)
, adjust with
Salt (to taste)
and blend into a cream.
Step 4
Pour the soup into a serving bowl, top with
Mixed Seeds (to taste)
, and a drizzle of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
