Author's Notes

If you're baking in the oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees F).

Other optional toppings: green or red pepper, pickled onion, banana pepper.

Omit maple syrup if you are using sweetened milk.

In a small bowl, mix together Unsweetened Soy Milk (2 Tbsp) and Maple Syrup (1 tsp). Set aside.

In another small-medium-sized bowl, toss together White Onions (2 Tbsp), Garlic (3 cloves), Frozen Sweet Corn (1/3 cup), Vegan Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), half of the Scallion (1 bunch) and Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup). Set aside.
