In a small bowl, mix together Unsweetened Soy Milk (2 Tbsp) and Maple Syrup (1 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 2
In another small-medium-sized bowl, toss together White Onions (2 Tbsp) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Frozen Sweet Corn (1/3 cup) , Vegan Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , half of the Scallions (1 bunch) and Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) . Set aside.
