Wrap up even sets of Crackers (40) in wax paper, parchment, or plastic wrap. Place it near the fridge so it's easy to grab and go.

Between five containers, divide 4 oz each of Vegan Cheese (5 cups), 2 Tbsp each of Jam (2/3 cup), Olives (to taste), Pepperoncini Peppers (to taste), Marinated Artichokes (to taste), and 1/4 cup each of Smoked Tofu (1 1/4 cups), Walnuts (1 1/4 cups), Dried Apricots (25 pieces) Carrots (1 1/4 cups), and Green Grapes (1 1/4 cups).
