Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Brush the outside of each Bread (4 slice) with enough Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) to lightly coat the bread.
Spread the Basil Pesto (4 tablespoon) on the other side of each bread slice.
Place the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1) on the pesto side of one bread slice. Top with Tomato (1) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Place the other slice of bread on top, with the pesto side facing down. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
Slice in half and serve warm.
