Yields 10 fish fingers.

If frying: Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. or heat your deep fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Working in batches fry tofu until golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes per side, or 3 minutes in total if deep frying.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the Extra Firm Tofu (1) into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them into a line.
Step 2
Place a chopstick on either side of each piece and make little slices all the way across (roughly 1/8-inch apart).
