Preheat oven to 350 degrees C (180 degrees C).
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat Butter (10 1/2 tablespoon) on low speed.
Cream in the Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup).
Add Egg (2), one at a time, beating between each addition. Add Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon), and beat until combined.
Then, add All-Purpose Flour (2 cup) and Baking Soda (1 teaspoon).
Slightly chop the Macadamia Nuts (1/2 cup) in a food processor by pulsing a few times. Add the White Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and chopped macadamia nuts. Mix until just combined.
Roll dough into mounds, and place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, and transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
