Preheat oven to 350 degrees C (180 degrees C).
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat
Butter (2/3 cup)
on low speed.
Cream in the
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
, one at a time, beating between each addition. Add
Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
, and beat until combined.
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Slightly chop the
Macadamia Nuts (1/2 cup)
in a food processor by pulsing a few times. Add the
White Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
and chopped macadamia nuts. Mix until just combined.
Roll dough into mounds, and place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, and transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
