Prepare the Tofu Scramble. In a small bowl or blender, combine Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Fine Ground Kala Namak Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1/2), and Water (1/2 cup), whisk or blend until well combined.

Meanwhile, heat up a large pan over medium-high heat. Add Firm Tofu (1 pckg), Medium Firm Tofu (1 pckg), and sauce mixture, and stir until combined. Cook without stirring for 4 minutes.
