Combine McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Rice Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp), Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Toasted Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small mason jar and shake up to combine.
