Step 1
Peel and slice the
Potatoes (4)

and add the

, and the potatoes, when the potato gets soft drain carefully and season it with

Whisk and season the

and add the potatoes.
Step 4
On the sauté add two spoons of olive oil and when it gets hot add the mix, remove it little bit and leave rounding with the spatula.
Step 5
Lay a flat pan lid or a plate on top and invert the tortilla. Add more oil to the pan if needed, and slide the tortilla back into the pan, cover and finish cooking until set and lightly brown, about 3 minutes more.
