Cut Peach (2), Apple (1) and Pear (1) into cubes and place into jar.
Juice the Orange (3) and the Lemon (1) and add it to the bowl.
Add the Brandy (3 fluid ounce), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), Cinnamon Stick (1), and Red Wine (1 bottle).
Leave the sangria in the fridge for at least two hours to macerate and then add Ice (to taste) and Seltzer Water (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
