Garlic (2 cloves)
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
In a pan add
Olive Oil (to taste)
and garlic, so the oil takes all the flavor of the garlic.
When everything is hot, add the onions and sauté them a bit.
All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp)
and cook for few minutes.
White Wine (1/3 cup)
Water (3/4 cup)
Fish Stock (to taste)
and cook for a few minutes more in medium heat.
Add parsley and
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Skinless Hake Fillets (2)
and cook them in the show heat for a few minutes.
Turn the fillets and cook them for a few minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from pan, serve and enjoy!
