Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Chop Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 2
Chop Onion (1) .
Step 3
Chop Fresh Parsley (to taste) .
Step 4
In a pan add Olive Oil (to taste) and garlic, so the oil takes all the flavor of the garlic.
Step 5
When everything is hot, add the onions and sauté them a bit.
Step 6
Add All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp) and cook for few minutes.
Step 7
Add White Wine (1/3 cup) , Water (3/4 cup) , and Fish Stock (to taste) and cook for a few minutes more in medium heat.
Step 8
Add parsley and Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 9
Add Skinless Hake Fillets (2) and cook them in the show heat for a few minutes.
Step 10
Turn the fillets and cook them for a few minutes or until cooked through.
Step 11
Remove from pan, serve and enjoy!
