Chop Garlic (2 clove).
Chop Fresh Parsley (to taste).
In a pan add Olive Oil (to taste) and garlic, so the oil takes all the flavor of the garlic.
When everything is hot, add the onions and sauté them a bit.
Add All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon) and cook for few minutes.
Add White Wine (100 milliliter), Water (200 milliliter), and Fish Stock (to taste) and cook for a few minutes more in medium heat.
Add parsley and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add Skinless Hake Fillets (2) and cook them in the show heat for a few minutes.
Turn the fillets and cook them for a few minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from pan, serve and enjoy!
