Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Peel and slice the Garlic (2 clove).
Thinly slice the Onion (1)
Cut the Bell Pepper (1)into thin slices.
In a tray, add Chicken (300 gram), onion, bell pepper, garlic, White Wine (100 milliliter), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Fresh Thyme (to taste), Fresh Rosemary (to taste), Bay Leaf (to taste), Smoked Paprika (to taste), Fresh Parsley (to taste), and a bit of water.
Cook it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, add more water if needed.
