Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Peel and slice the Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 3
Thinly slice the Onion (1)
Step 4
Cut the Bell Pepper (1) into thin slices.
Step 5
In a tray, add Chicken (10.5 oz) , onion, bell pepper, garlic, White Wine (1/3 cup) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Fresh Thyme (to taste) , Fresh Rosemary (to taste) , Bay Leaves (to taste) , Smoked Paprika (to taste) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , and a bit of water.
Step 6
Cook it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, add more water if needed.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
