Begin to heat up a pan of Oil (as needed). You'll want enough oil to cover the calamari completely so they can fry without touching the bottom of the pan.

In another bowl add in All-Purpose Flour (to taste). Next take the Calamari (to taste) and season with Salt (to taste) then proceed to toss in the flour, then in the egg batter.

Once the oil is hot, fry the calamari until golden.
