Coconut Whipped Topping
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a large baking dish, evenly spread
Rye Bread (1 loaf)
Walnuts (1/2 cup)
Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup)
. Sprinkle with
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
In a bowl, combine
Non-Dairy Milk (2 cups)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Large Eggs (8)
. Pour this mixture over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish.
Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp)
and sprinkle with
Oats (1/2 cup)
Coconut Sugar (3 Tbsp)
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Spoon into dish and top with
Coconut Whipped Topping (1 can)
Refrigerate any leftovers and reheat in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
