Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together the
Eggs (3)
in a mixing bowl with the
All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
. Set aside.
Step 3
In a heavy based saucepan, melt the
Milk Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
.
Step 4
Keep stirring on low heat to prevent the chocolate from burning. Once melted and smooth, set aside.
Step 5
Add the flour mixture into the melted chocolate and whisk together.
Step 6
In a muffin pan, lined with 6 muffin liners, lightly spray with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste)
.
Step 7
Spoon chocolate mixture into the lined muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until the outside is just set and still wobbly in the center. You can use a toothpick to check and make sure it's not overbaked.
Step 8
Cool for 10 minutes and peel the muffin liners. Serve with
Whipped Cream (to taste)
and enjoy.
