Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Mix together the Egg (3) in a mixing bowl with the All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup). Set aside.
In a heavy based saucepan, melt the Milk Chocolate Chips (250 gram).
Keep stirring on low heat to prevent the chocolate from burning. Once melted and smooth, set aside.
Add the flour mixture into the melted chocolate and whisk together.
In a muffin pan, lined with 6 muffin liners, lightly spray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste).
Spoon chocolate mixture into the lined muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until the outside is just set and still wobbly in the center. You can use a toothpick to check and make sure it's not overbaked.
Cool for 10 minutes and peel the muffin liners. Serve with Whipped Cream (to taste) and enjoy.
