Step 1
In a pan, sauté
Fresh Basil Leaves (1/2 cup)
and
Fresh Cilantro (4 sprigs)
in
Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a pan on high heat.
Step 2
Add the
Steak (9 oz)
on top of basil leaves and cilantro to sear. Flip the steak. Keep on high heat until it turns brown.
Step 3
Place the steak on a plate. Sprinkle
Roasted Rice Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp)
on the steak.
Step 4
Use a small pot to prepare the sauce: Sauté
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Red Chili Pepper (1)
, and
Long Green Peppers (1/2)
in hot
Cooking Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 5
Add
Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
, and
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
, mix well, then add
Salt (1/8 tsp)
.
Step 6
Transfer the sauce to a small bowl and serve on the side of the steak. Enjoy!
