Step 1
Cut
Cucumbers (3)
in half and remove the core inside. Slice into thumb size pieces and then smash cucumber pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: add
Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
in a pan over heat until fragrant.
Step 3
Add
Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
, mix well with fried garlic.
Step 4
Transfer to a small bowl and add
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the smashed cucumber. Serve immediately.
