Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Melt the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) and let it cool down.
3.
Place Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) in a measuring cup.
4.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) to the eggs, and beat them up a bit.
5.
Slowly pour in the melted and cooled butter.
6.
Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) in the bowl of the electric mixer.
7.
Set the mixer at low and give it a light stir.
8.
Slowly pour in the eggs/butter mixture and Milk (2 Tbsp).
9.
Mix on medium speed for a few minutes, scraping down sides of the bowl from time to time.
10.
Place the batter in three bowls.
11.
Pour a few drops of Red Food Coloring (to taste) in one of the bowls.
12.
Stir to combine.
13.
Next pour a few drops of Blue Food Coloring (to taste) in another bowl.
14.
Stir to combine.
15.
Put 1 tablespoon of the blue batter in each muffin cup.
16.
Then add the white batter, and spread with a toothpick.
17.
Then add the red batter on top.
18.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 15 minutes.
19.
Take them out of the oven, let them cool down and serve.
