Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
and let it cool down.
in a measuring cup.
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
to the eggs, and beat them up a bit.
Slowly pour in the melted and cooled butter.
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
in the bowl of the electric mixer.
Set the mixer at low and give it a light stir.
Slowly pour in the eggs/butter mixture and
Milk (2 Tbsp)
Mix on medium speed for a few minutes, scraping down sides of the bowl from time to time.
Place the batter in three bowls.
Pour a few drops of
Red Food Coloring (to taste)
in one of the bowls.
Next pour a few drops of
Blue Food Coloring (to taste)
in another bowl.
Put 1 tablespoon of the blue batter in each muffin cup.
Then add the white batter, and spread with a toothpick.
Then add the red batter on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 15 minutes.
Take them out of the oven, let them cool down and serve.
