Sub out spinach or kale for arugula, or add less of the first two and use all three together!

Add tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, or sauteed mushrooms to liven up pesto pasta!

Put Fresh Basil Leaf (1 handful), Raw Unsalted Cashews (3/4 cup), Raw Unsalted Walnuts (1 cup), Spinach Leaves (1 cup), Kale (1 cup), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (2 cloves) and Salt (to taste) into a blender and blend.
