Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the Green Tomatoes (3) into 1/3 inch circles.
2.
Put Unsweetened Soy Milk (1/2 cup) in a small bowl and put Whole Wheat Flour (1/2 cup), Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Tapioca Starch (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) in another small bowl and mix.

Dip tomato in milk, covering both sides, and then dip and fully coat tomato slice in dry mix. Repeat with all tomatoes.
4.
In a large frying pan, pour Vegetable Oil (as needed) to a depth of approximately 1/4 inch.

Gently place the tomatoes in the pan on high. Fry each side for approximately 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
6.
Remove from pan and place on paper towels.
7.
In a small bowl, smash Avocado (1) with a fork. Add Vegan Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp), Buffalo Sauce (1 Tbsp), Nutritional Yeast (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), and Salt (to taste).
8.
Stir until almost smooth.
9.
Serve fried tomatoes with special sauce and enjoy!
