Start by cutting the ends of the Spaghetti Squash (2) and then cut in half.

Clean the insides of the squash then spread some Oil (as needed) inside. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Cook the squashes in a microwave oven for 10-15 minutes in batches of 2.

Warm up the Canned Diced Tomatoes (3 2/3 cups) in a pot on medium heat. Add Italian Seasoning (to taste) and Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste). Mix well.

Pour sauce over Frozen Meatballs (3 lb) in a bowl.

Take a fork and scrape the bottom and around the sides of all the squashes. You can leave the squash inside the skin as a "bowl" or transfer it to a plate.

Top the squashes with meatballs and sauce. Place in a microwave oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from microwave and top with Mozzarella Cheese (4 cups) and Dried Parsley (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
