Brown the Sausage (16 ounce).
Cut the tops of the Zucchini (4) off and slice in half.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Put zucchini halves on a cookie sheet and brush with Olive Oil (to taste).
Add Tomato Sauce (30 ounce) to a pan on medium heat. Mix in Italian Seasoning (to taste) and keep on heat till sauce is warm.
Layer sauce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (32 ounce), sausage and Pepperoni Slice (6 ounce) on each zucchini half.
Bake zucchini boats in preheated oven for 12-18 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
