Step 1
Place Shredded Cheese (to taste) in a pile at the center of four squares of parchment paper. These will be your "taco shells".
Step 2
Bake in an oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Once they're melted and starting to bubble, take them out and put them in taco holders so they cool into that "taco" shape.
Step 3
Heat up some butter in a pan on medium heat. Add in Onion (1/2) , Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp) , and Canned Green Chiles (1/2 cup) . Brown all the ingredients then add the Beaten Eggs (6) .
Step 4
Fill the cheese taco shells with scrambled eggs and top with Sour Cream (to taste) or other toppings of choice. Enjoy!
