Place Shredded Cheese (to taste) in a pile at the center of four squares of parchment paper. These will be your "taco shells".
Bake in an oven at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Once they're melted and starting to bubble, take them out and put them in taco holders so they cool into that "taco" shape.
Heat up some butter in a pan on medium heat. Add in Onion (1/2), Fresh Cilantro (3 tablespoon), and Canned Green Chiles (4.5 ounce). Brown all the ingredients then add the Beaten Egg (6).
Fill the cheese taco shells with scrambled eggs and top with Sour Cream (to taste) or other toppings of choice. Enjoy!
