Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Melt
Ghee (1/4 cup)
over medium heat. Add
Garlic (1 clove)
and stir until fragrant.
3.
Place
Red Potatoes (5)
in a baking dish, drizzle garlicky ghee over top of potatoes and stir to make sure they are evenly coated.
4.
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes until fork tender.
5.
Chop the
Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1/4 cup)
.
6.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of the potatoes. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Serve immediately.
