Canned Mixed Vegetables No Salt Added
Onion Soup Dry Packet
Ground Black Pepper
Low-Sodium Chicken Stock
Garlic (1 clove)
. Dice the
. Slice the
Carrots (1 1/2 cups)
Drain and rinse the
Canned Mixed Vegetables No Salt Added (2 3/4 cups)
No Salt Added Canned Kidney Beans (2 1/2 cups)
. Place the garlic, carrots and tomatoes in the crockpot with the vegetables and kidney beans.
Add in the
Onion Soup Dry Packet (1 pckg)
Low-Sodium Chicken Stock (3 cups)
Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp)
to the crockpot. Mix everything together and cookon low heat for 4 hours or high heat for 2 hours.
