Cooking Instructions
1.
Mince the Garlic (1 clove). Dice the Tomatoes (4). Slice the Carrots (1 1/2 cups).
2.
Drain and rinse the Mixed Vegetables (1 can) and No Salt Added Canned Kidney Beans (2 1/2 cups). Place the garlic, carrots and tomatoes in the crockpot with the vegetables and kidney beans.
3.
Add in the Onion Soup Dry Packet (1 pckg), Low-Sodium Chicken Stock (3 cups), and Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp) to the crockpot. Mix everything together and cookon low heat for 4 hours or high heat for 2 hours.
