Mince the Garlic (1 clove). Dice the Tomatoes (4). Slice the Carrots (1 1/2 cups).

Drain and rinse the Mixed Vegetables (1 can) and No Salt Added Canned Kidney Beans (2 1/2 cups). Place the garlic, carrots and tomatoes in the crockpot with the vegetables and kidney beans.
