Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

. Place the garlic, carrots and tomatoes in the crockpot with the vegetables and kidney beans.
Step 3
Add in the
Onion Soup Dry Packet (1 pckg)

Low-Sodium Chicken Stock (3 cups)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp)
to the crockpot. Mix everything together and cookon low heat for 4 hours or high heat for 2 hours.
