Heat your frying pan over medium heat, add some
Olive Oil (to taste)
Butter (1/2 cup)
. When the butter has melted and is bubbling, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Add shrimp, green onion, and
White Wine (3/4 cup)
. Stir, and then add the
Salt (to taste)
, lemon juice and parsley as well.
Turn over the shrimp as it turns pink. The shrimp should only take 5-6 minutes to cook.
