Step 1
Juice the
Lemon (1/2)
and reserve. Thinly slice the
Scallions (1 bunch)
and chop the
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)
. Finely mince the
Garlic (5 cloves)
. Cook the
Pasta (6 oz)
according to the package's instructions.
Step 2
Defrost the
Large Frozen Shrimp (16)
, then wash, de-shell, and devein them.
Step 3
Heat your frying pan over medium heat, and add some
Olive Oil (as needed)
, and
Butter (1/2 cup)
. When the butter has melted and is bubbling, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add shrimp, green onion, and
White Wine (3/4 cup)
. Stir, and then add the
Salt (to taste)
, lemon juice and parsley as well.
Step 5
Turn over the shrimp as it turns pink. The shrimp should only take 5-6 minutes to cook.
Step 6
Serve sauce and shrimp over pasta. Enjoy!
