Cooking Instructions
1.
Juice the Lemon (1/2) and reserve. Thinly slice the Scallions (1 bunch) and chop the Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp). Finely mince the Garlic (5 cloves). Cook the Pasta (6 oz) according to the package's instructions.

Defrost the Large Frozen Shrimp (16), then wash, de-shell, and devein them.
3.
Heat your frying pan over medium heat, and add some Olive Oil (as needed), and Butter (1/2 cup). When the butter has melted and is bubbling, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
4.
Add shrimp, green onion, and White Wine (3/4 cup). Stir, and then add the Salt (to taste), lemon juice and parsley as well.
5.
Turn over the shrimp as it turns pink. The shrimp should only take 5-6 minutes to cook.
6.
Serve sauce and shrimp over pasta. Enjoy!
