Mix the Maseca Instant Corn Masa Mix (2 cups) and Sea Salt (1 tsp) in a medium sized bowl. Add Vegetable Oil (1 tsp) and Water (1 1/4 cups). Stir to combine.

If necessary, add more Water (to taste) until the mixture is the consistency of cookie dough. Once dough comes together, knead with your hands.

Cut a gallon sized plastic bag, removing the top seal, and cutting down the seams of the left and right side of the bag. Do not cut the bottom seam.

Roll a golf ball sized ball of dough into a ball. Line the tortilla press with the plastic bag, and open the bag. Slightly flatten the ball, and place between the plastic on the press, slightly off centered, closer to the hinge side.

Close lid of the tortilla press, and pull the handle. Alternatively, place slightly flattened ball of dough between plastic, and press with the flat side of a pie plate. Ensure it does not stick to plastic, and repeat 3 times.

Heat cast iron pan over medium heat. Lay tortilla onto pan, and let sit until the edges start to lift up. Flip, and let cook another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and repeat with rest of dough. Enjoy!
