Slice up the Bananas (2) and mash them up in a separate bowl. For a fluffy pancake, leave some chunks when mashing the bananas.

Gradually add the beaten egg mixture to the bananas, mixing it continuously. We now have our pancake batter. Set it aside for use later.

Meanwhile, mix Nutella® (1 Tbsp) with Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) and transfer the mixture to a piping bag. We will use this to make chocolate swirls in our pancakes.

Heat up a greased non-stick pan over high heat. Lower the heat and place an egg-mould on the pan. Pour the batter in.

Squeeze in a spiral of Nutella mix above the pancake. Let it sit for a few minutes before flipping it over. You can test if it's ready to be flipped by gently sliding your spatula beneath the pancake. When it does not stick and retains its shape, it's ready to be flipped.
