Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add
Bread Flour (3 cups)

Salt (1 tsp)
,
Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp)
, and whisk together. Add
Water (1 cup)
and
Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
. Knead using the dough hook on your mixer at high speed.
Step 2
If needed add additional flour until you have a smooth and pliable dough and continue to knead for another 3 minutes until dough is smooth.
Step 3
Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Flour your work surface and split dough in 2 balls. Using rolling pin roll out the dough until you have a 12 inch circle.
Step 5
Dust your pizza pan with corn meal and transfer your pizza dough. Ladle
Pizza Sauce (to taste)
in the middle and spread it outwards.
Step 6
Top with
Mozzarella Cheese (to taste)
,
Dried Oregano (to taste)
,
Pepperoni Slices (to taste)
,
Onions (to taste)
and
Green Bell Peppers (to taste)
.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 8
Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
