In a mixing bowl, add Bread Flour (3 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Instant Dry Yeast (1 tablespoon), and whisk together. Add Water (1 cup) and Olive Oil (2 teaspoon). Knead using the dough hook on your mixer at high speed.
If needed add additional flour until you have a smooth and pliable dough and continue to knead for another 3 minutes until dough is smooth.
Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.
Flour your work surface and split dough in 2 balls. Using rolling pin roll out the dough until you have a 12 inch circle.
Dust your pizza pan with corn meal and transfer your pizza dough. Ladle Pizza Sauce (to taste) in the middle and spread it outwards.
Top with Mozzarella Cheese (to taste), Dried Oregano (to taste), Pepperoni Slice (to taste), Onion (to taste) and Green Bell Pepper (to taste).
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
