To reheat: cook in a pan, grill pan, or BBQ until heated through, a couple of minutes on each side.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

To make seitan, whisk together, Vital Wheat Gluten (1 1/2 cups), Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup), Chickpea Flour (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), and Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) in a medium-size bowl and set aside.
