In a blender, add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cup), Corn Starch (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (2), Buttermilk (1 1/2 cup), and Fresh Baby Spinach (3 ounce).
Add the Vegetable Oil (6 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Pandan Extract (1 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Blend until very smooth. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
Preheat your waffle maker and grease the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Pour about half a cup of batter, or more, depending on the size of your waffle maker.
Cook until golden brown and crispy; about 6 to 7 minutes. See manufacturer's instructions for recommended time. Remove the finished waffle, and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Let it cool on a wire rack. Serve warm with Maple Syrup (to taste) and Fresh Fruits (to taste).
