Combine the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Kosher Salt (as needed) in a food processor. Pulse to combine.

Transfer the mix to a bowl and fold in the Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp). Using a rubber spatula, mix in the Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) until combined. Batter will be more wet than dry.

Take 1/4 cup of the dough and form into a biscuit shape. Place on greased baking sheet and form a well in the center. Place the egg in the well and top with 1/4 cup more of the dough. Shape until the egg is fully covered with dough. Repeat once more.
