Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (250 degrees C).
Prepare the egg by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Boil Egg (2) for 3 minutes. Peel and set aside.
Combine the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon) and Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon) in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
Add the Butter (2 tablespoon) and pulse to combine. Repeat with the Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup).
Transfer the mix to a bowl and fold in the Fresh Chives (2 tablespoon). Using a rubber spatula, mix in the Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) until combined. Batter will be more wet than dry.
Take 1/4 cup of the dough and form into a biscuit shape. Place on greased baking sheet and form a well in the center. Place the egg in the well and top with 1/4 cup more of the dough. Shape until the egg is fully covered with dough. Repeat once more.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake 6-7 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Cut in half and enjoy!
