Carefully transfer Brie to a round cast-iron pan or ovenproof dish. Top with
Garlic (1 clove)
Fresh Thyme (4 sprigs)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Aged Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
evenly over the top. Season with
Coarse Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the plum and shallot slices are caramelized and the cheese is creamy.
