Place the Chicken (4) in a large resealable plastic bag with Bay Leaves (2), Balsamic Vinegar (4 Tbsp), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed), and Balsamic Glaze (1 Tbsp). Marinate for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
