In a bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) .
Step 2
In a jug or separate bowl, whisk together Milk (1 1/2 cups) , Large Eggs (2) , and Butter (1/3 cup) .
Step 3
Pour into the flour mixture along with Scallions (3/4 cup) , Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) , and Bacon (6 slices) . Stir with a spatula until combined.
Step 4
Preheat a nonstick waffle maker. Cook waffles based on your waffle maker.
Step 5
Serve right away with Maple Syrup (to taste) .
