Dark Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees C and line a muffin pan with 6 cups.

In a large bowl, mash the Banana (1) very well with a fork until it's smooth.

Whisk together all the wet ingredients including Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) , Canola Oil (2 tbsp) , and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) .

Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , Brown Sugar (4 tbsp) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 tbsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Salt (1/4 tsp) . Using a spatula, stir until well-combined.

Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips (4 tbsp) and Almonds (to taste) .

Divide the batter between the muffin cups evenly and bake for 17-19 minutes.

Move the muffins to a cooling rack, and let cool completely before munching your first bite!
