Cooking Instructions
1.
Lay
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (7 slices)
on the grill.

Using round mold make half a pound patties with the
Ground Beef (3 lb)
.

Place a on direct heat on the grill and season with
Jacobsen® Sea Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and
Garlic Powder (to taste)
.
4.
Flip the burgers and season the other side. Move the patties to indirect heat to allow them to finish cooking.
5.
Cut and core the
Pineapple (1)
. Slice into rings.
6.
Place the pineapple rings on the grill. Once they have grill marks, flip over and let them grill on the other side.
7.
Meanwhile, in a small pot heat up
Teriyaki Sauce (to taste)
till reduced.

Slice the
Tomato (1)
.
9.
Slice the
Iceberg Lettuce (1)
.
10.
To build the burger, start with the
Hamburger Buns (to taste)
followed by lettuce, tomato, burger patties, teriyaki sauce, bacon and grilled pineapple. Top with bun, serve and enjoy!
