Lay Smoked Bacon (7 slice) on the grill.
Using round mold make half a pound patties with the Ground Beef (3 pound).
Place a on direct heat on the grill and season with Jacobsen® Sea Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Garlic Powder (to taste).
Flip the burgers and season the other side. Move the patties to indirect heat to allow them to finish cooking.
Cut and core the Pineapple (1). Slice into rings.
Place the pineapple rings on the grill. Once they have grill marks, flip over and let them grill on the other side.
Meanwhile, in a small pot heat up Teriyaki Sauce (to taste) till reduced.
Slice the Tomato (1).
Slice the Iceberg Lettuce (1).
To build the burger, start with the Hamburger Bun (to taste) followed by lettuce, tomato, burger patties, teriyaki sauce, bacon and grilled pineapple. Top with bun, serve and enjoy!
