While gochujang and gochujang sauce are often used interchangeably, the sweet sticky Korean sauce we’ve come to love is actually a mix of a couple of different things - gochujang on its own, while packing a funky punch, is brought to the next level with some honey, sesame, soy, and garlic. It’s perfect on your Korean fried chicken wings, and we also love it as a quick stir fry sauce!

Optionally, slowly add small splashes of Water (1 Tbsp) until it's a thin and runny consistency. This consistency is better when used as a coating for fried chicken.
