Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Paprika (1 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) , and Olive Oil (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Use a sharp knife to cut Corn (4 ears) vertically into quarters like riblets.
Step 4
Brush the ribs with spice oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) on the ribs.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until strips are fully cooked and tender.
Step 7
Serve corn ribs warm garnished with parmesan and Fresh Cilantro (to taste) .
