Author's Notes

To Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake tacos for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.

Deep fryer or stove-top frying: do not spray or brush the tacos with oil for this method. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan, over medium-high heat (325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for the deep fryer). In batches, fry tacos for 2-4 minutes, or until crispy, flipping once.

In a large bowl, add Vegan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), and Simply Organic Onion Powder (1/2 tsp).

Using a ricer or a potato masher, mash Russet Potatoes (3) in the bowl and combine with spices and cheese. Taste, and season with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
