In a large pot, heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Add Onion (1/2) and Garlic (3 cloves) and cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Add Vegetarian Italian Sausages (4) and cook for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Add Water (5 cups) and Better Than Bouillon, No Chicken Base (4 tsp), and bring to a boil.
