Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix together Salted Butter (3 1/2 Tbsp), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) until combined.

Then, fold in All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup).

Finally, add in Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3 Tbsp) and mix until batter is a pale yellow and smooth.
