Author's Notes

Please note that larger carrot chips may take longer to roast than smaller pieces. Monitor the carrots during step 4 and remove smaller pieces from your baking sheet to continue to roast the bigger ones if need be.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread your Carrot Chips (3 1/2 cups) in a single layer across an 18x26-inch baking sheet.
Step 2
Drizzle Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) over the carrots and add the Garlic (2 Tbsp) . Use clean hands to toss the carrots in the oil and garlic, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Step 3
Roast the carrots until they are crispy for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the carrots from the oven and pour Teriyaki Sauce (1/4 cup) over them, using a large spoon to toss to coat.
Step 5
Roast again for 5 more minutes.
Step 6
Optionally, garnish with Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) . Enjoy!
