Author's Notes

Please note that larger carrot chips may take longer to roast than smaller pieces. Monitor the carrots during step 4 and remove smaller pieces from your baking sheet to continue to roast the bigger ones if need be.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread your Carrot Chips (3 1/2 cups) in a single layer across an 18x26-inch baking sheet.

Drizzle Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) over the carrots and add the Garlic (2 Tbsp). Use clean hands to toss the carrots in the oil and garlic, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Roast the carrots until they are crispy for about 20 minutes.

Remove the carrots from the oven and pour Teriyaki Sauce (4 Tbsp) over them, using a large spoon to toss to coat.

Roast again for 5 more minutes.

Optionally, garnish with Sesame Seeds (2 tsp). Enjoy!
