Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan or cast-iron skillet with butter.
Sour Cream (1/3 cup)
Buttermilk (1/3 cup)
Butter (1/2 cup)
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
to a mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
Corn Muffins (2 boxes)
Scallions (1 Tbsp)
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
and stir until well mixed.
Pour the batter into the skillet. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is browned and a knife comes out clean.
Cut into your preferred size squares and garnish with honey and butter. Serve.
