Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan or cast-iron skillet with butter.
Step 2
Add Eggs (2) , Sour Cream (1/3 cup) , Buttermilk (1/3 cup) , Butter (1/2 cup) , Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) , and Honey (2 Tbsp) to a mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
Step 3
Add Corn Muffins (2 boxes) , Scallions (1 Tbsp) , and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) and stir until well mixed.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the skillet. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is browned and a knife comes out clean.
Step 5
Cut into your preferred size squares and garnish with honey and butter. Serve.
